Local tourism marketing specialists win new contract with Bournemouth
Airport
Tourism industry marketing specialists Latebreaks.com of Parkstone in 1996 were
awarded a contract by Bournemouth Airport to market the airport's advertising
space, light box poster displays, digital media presentations and general leaflet
distribution points around the airport's terminal building.
Latebreaks generated additional income for the airport by offering advertising
space to both local companies and tourist attractions. It is estimated that
around 1 million plus will pass through the airport next year, either
as passengers, as
relatives and friends picking up or dropping off travellers, as local people
who enjoy watching the planes taking off and landing, and as business people
using the commercial areas of the airport.
